What is Agent Lite

Agent Lite is a Web application that is installed with the Integration Server and uAgent Web, and can be used in PCs or mobile phones running Android or iOS. Agent Lite uses Altitude vBox WebRTC as the telephony switch, and allows agents to work using their mobile phones.

Important

Agent Lite handles voice and instant messages, and uses a simple, default agent script, or a script developed using Visual Script. To know more about scripts in Agent Lite, please see Scripts.

Agent Lite allows agents to perform the following actions:

Login, set ready and not ready in campaigns.
Receive inbound calls and chats from customers.
Make outbound calls to customers.
Extend and transfer phone calls.
Search contacts.
Register activity outcomes.

When using Agent Lite in a mobile phone, please ensure you are in a quiet place with a good WiFi connection, or a good mobile data signal.

Tip

The mobile phone should not automatically move from WiFi to mobile data, as it can cause unavailability issues.
