Connector for IM

The Connector for IM is an Altitude component that converts WhatsApp and SMS interactions into Altitude interactions that can be handled by the contact center agents as instant messaging interactions.

The Connector for IM supports WhatsApp and SMS as messaging channels, depending on the messaging channel provider, as follows:

• Infobip supports WhatsApp
• CM.com supports WhatsApp and SMS
