Connector for Teleopti

The Connector for Teleopti provides integration of Teleopti CCC with Altitude allowing the extraction of historical data. For example, performance reports, and real-time information about the status of the agents.

Historical information works for telephony, in more detail for inbound calls than for outbound calls, and for all other media types including customized media types.
