Visual Script concepts
Visual Script dialogues are agent scripts built using the Visual Script editor. A script is a sequence of graphical elements that display sequentially, one at a time.

By default, all elements jump to the next element in the sequence, but the developer of the script can change the behavior, based on the agent input, by defining a logic jump for a specific answer, depending on the type of the element, or jump over a group of elements according to the previous jumps.
Elements that require the input of the agent show the next element when the agent inserts text or selects an option. Other elements can have a Next button that displays the next element in the sequence, meaning the agent can leave the element empty, or selected with a default option.
Dialogues run as agent scripts in agent campaigns. You can use a dialogue to ask for information from the customer or sell a product. For example, create a dialogue that handles a helpdesk campaign, or a flow to sell a product to a customer.
