Configuration tasks to integrate Altitude with CTLive

To integrate Altitude with CTLive, you must:

1. Install CTLive.

   Tip Contact Customer Support to get the CTLive installation package and related documentation.

2. Configure services in CTLive.
3. Install and configure the Altitude CTLive Service.

   Tip The Altitude CTLive Service is installed alongside the Integration Server and uAgent Web.

4. Configure Agent Lite to connect to the Altitude CTLive Service.
5. Configure Interaction History to connect to the Altitude CTLive Service.
6. (If not created) In Management Portal, add an instant messaging gateway.
7. In Management Portal, configure a campaign for CTLive, and use the instant messaging gateway.
