Validate the URL of the Authentication Service.

• Authentication service url: The URL of the Authentication Service that the Altitude uCI Server uses. To change the Authentication Service URL, you need to edit the Altitude uCI Server configuration file.
• Tenant ID: The unique identifier of the Altitude uCI Server.
