ACC Dialer

ACC Dialer is an Altitude component that integrates with Khomp Flow in order to provide a different call classification mechanism than the call classification provided by the Altitude Communication Server.

Using ACC Dialer, you can launch predictive calls against Khomp Flow, and improve on the Altitude vBox call classification.

Constraints and limitations

Using ACC Dialer, you may have the following limitations:

  • Opt-out, Message on machine answer, and Message on retention timeout are not covered by the ACC Dialer architecture.
  • When using ACC Dialer with Khomp Flow, you must configure LCR on Khomp.
  • The maximum call classification is only defined in Khomp Flow. The campaign configuration has no effect.
  • ACC Dialer only launches and classifies calls. Any other features, like playing messages, are not supported.
  • You can only have 1 ACC Dialer installation for each Altitude uCI Server telephony gateway. If you want to increase fault tolerance, redundancy, and scalability, see How to install ACC Dialer.
