IVR scenario with the Communication Server

Altitude vBox connects to the SIP provider through an SBC. Human agents working in uAgent Web have an external SIP phone, which connects to Altitude vBox. Automated Agents manages IVR and routing agents. IVR agents are assigned to extensions that the Communication Server provides.

SIPREC recording with QMS (IVR)

Altitude vBox connects to Khomp Flow, and to the SIP provider through an SBC. QMS connects with Khomp Flow, while the QMS Connector Service integrates with the Integration Server and uAgent Web.
