How to install Altitude Recorder

Install and configure Altitude Recorder.

Installing and configuring the components of an Altitude Recorder installation depends on the following options:

Altitude vBox?: Whether Altitude vBox records the calls of agent phones.
Channels?: Whether Recorder Channels record the screens of agents or the calls of agent phones (using Recorder Adapters).
Channels? Thin?: Whether Recorder Channels record the screens or the calls of agents running thin clients. For example, uAgent Web.
Channels? Adapters?: Whether Recorder Channels record the calls of agents using Recording Adapters.

Follow the table to install and configure the required components. For example, on the System administrator workstation, use the application Recorder install to install the Recorder Monitor.

			Configure the address of the Recorder Control Server.

System administrator workstation	Recorder Monitor	Channels?	Perform a batch configuration of the Recorder Channels to configure sampling and compression parameters of both voice and video.
