Communication Server devices

ACS switch devices that integrate with Altitude.

The Altitude telephony gateway uses the following devices on ACS:

• External extensions: Used to receive calls and to make calls.
• IVR extensions: Used to make outbound calls and to receive inbound calls.
• Hunt groups: Used to distribute calls to IVR extensions.
• Call classifiers: Used to place predictive calls, possibly for a second switch.
