Altitude Communication Server

The Altitude Communication Server (ACS) is a specialized telephony server that provides trunk interoperability with telephony switches.

ACS can do the following:

• Call classification with Dialogic voice boards.
• Predictive dialing to improve an outbound agent campaign.
• Skills-based routing of IVR calls to agent campaigns.
• Enable remote agents on PSTN phones.
• Enable agent with extensions on telephony switches without CTI.
