In the following architectures, Khomp Flow manages the flow of the SIP channels, providing a bridge between the Khomp SBC PSTN and Khomp SBC WebRTC.

Altitude vBox connects to Khomp Flow and to Khomp SBC WebRTC.

QMS scenario

Altitude vBox connects to Khomp Flow and to Khomp SBC WebRTC. QMS connects with Khomp Flow, while the QMS Connector Service integrates with the Integration Server and uAgent Web.

QMS with IVR recording scenario

Altitude vBox connects to Khomp Flow and to Khomp SBC WebRTC. QMS connects with Khomp Flow, while the QMS Connector Service integrates with the Integration Server and uAgent Web.

ACC Dialer scenario

Altitude vBox connects to Khomp Flow and to Khomp SBC WebRTC. ACC Dialer also uses Khomp Flow for SIP traffic.
