How to configure Khomp components

Guidelines on steps needed to configure Khomp components in the different scenarios with Altitude.

The Khomp configurations should be done by a Khomp technician.

Important

If you are upgrading Khomp Flow to version flow_1.0.5.19B_db11_f7d77c0.20250109-1921, it is mandatory to properly initialize its trace system, or you may encounter unexpected issues (such as predictive calls classified by Khomp reaching agents without audio). To initialize the trace system:

  1. Open Khomp Flow.
  2. In Configuration > System > Insight:
    1. Enable Call Trace.
    2. Apply the changes.
    3. If you do not want tracing enabled, disable Call Trace and apply the changes again.
