Alcatel-Lucent OXE components

Required components to integrate Altitude with Alcatel-Lucent OXE.

An integration of Altitude with Alcatel-Lucent OXE has the following components:

• Alcatel-Lucent phone: Alcatel-Lucent phone, one for each agent desktop.
• Telephony Gateway for Alcatel-Lucent OXE (TSAPI): Windows process included with Altitude uCI Server or Remote Gateway Server. The telephony gateway connects to a TSAPI server, which connects to Alcatel-Lucent OXE through a TCP/IP network. In the event of a problem with the TSAPI server, the telephony gateway can automatically connect to a secondary TSAPI server.
• Alcatel-Lucent TSAPI Server: Windows service, provides computer telephony integration (CTI) to devices on Alcatel-Lucent OXE.
