System administration tasks

Add Automated Agents subsystems, add Altitude uCI Servers, add, and boot IVR and routing agents.

Follow the steps below to configure Automated Agents Monitor and boot automated agents:

• Add an Automated Agents subsystem.
• Add an Altitude uCI Server to the Automated Agents subsystem.
• Add IVR agents.
• Add routing agents.
• Boot IVR agents.
• Boot routing agents.

Next: After configuring and booting Automated Agents:

• Routing agents automatically open all routing campaigns and try to run all automated tasks.
• IVR agents automatically open all assigned IVR campaigns. Use Management Portal to assign IVR agents to IVR campaigns.
