Altitude CRM Connector

The Altitude CRM Connector is an Altitude component which allows a server-side integration with CRMConnect, an Enghouse solution for integration with CRM solutions, like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The Altitude CRM Connector has the following limitations:

Preview dial is not supported.

Prerequisites

The Altitude CRM Connector needs CRMConnect installed. The certified version of CRMConnect is 5.0.1.10-267-GA.
