Altitude.QMS.Integration.exe.config - Altitude QMS Gateway (SIPREC) service configuration

The file Altitude.QMS.Integration.exe.config is at the subfolder gateway, at the installation folder of the Connector for QMS (SIPREC). Restart the Windows service of the Altitude QMS Gateway service for the changes to take place.

Node applicationSettings

The node applicationSettings configures settings of the Altitude QMS Gateway service as follows:

• LogFileName: The path and file name of the Altitude QMS Gateway service log.
• ServerEndpoint: HTTP address of the Altitude QMS Gateway service endpoint.
• ConnectorEndpoint: HTTP address of the Altitude Connector for QMS.
• FlagProfileName: Name of the QMS flag profile. The default value is Altitude.

  Remember The flag profile name in the configuration file must match the flag profile name in QMS.

• DataServiceServer: IP address of the machine where the primary QMS Data Service Server is installed.
• DataServicePairedServer: For high availability scenarios, the IP address of the machine where the secondary QMS Data Service Server is installed.
• RecordingServiceServer: IP address of the machine where the primary QMS Recording Service Server is installed.
• RecordingServicePairedServer: For high availability scenarios, the IP address of the machine where the secondary QMS Recording Service Server is installed.
• LogLevel: Log level of the Altitude QMS Gateway service. One of the following values:
  • Fatal
  • Error
  • Warning
  • Information
  • Verbose.
• ForceRecordingOnDemand: If set to true, you have 2 recordings for each call, one with the ring tones and another one with the conversation between the agent and the end customer.
• CheckQMSForNewUsersInterval: Time, in seconds, when the QMS Gateway Service synchronizes users and extensions between Altitude and QMS.
• LogFileSizeLimitBytes: The maximum size of a log file, in bytes, before the log is rotated to the next file. The default value is 52428800 (50 MB).
• LogRetainedFileCountLimit: Number of log files that the Altitude QMS Gateway Service retains before deleting older files. The default value is 10.
