How to configure Altitude components to integrate CTLive

1. Configure the Altitude CTLive Service.
   1. Locate the configuration file of the Altitude CTLive Service, appsettings.json. The default location is C:\Program Files\Altitude\Altitude uCI 8\Altitude Integration Server\CTLiveService.
   2. Configure the CTLive parameters.

      • Address: Enter the HTTPS address to the FQDN of the machine where CTLive is installed, followed by /livechat. For example, https://ctlive.mycompany.com/livechat.
      • Domain: Enter the name of the tenant configured in CTLive.
      • SharedSecret: Enter the shared secret configured in CTLive.
      • ContactCenterToken: Enter the Contact Center Token configured in CTLive.
      • ApiAgent - Username: Enter the username of the API user configured in CTLive.
      • ApiAgent - Password: Enter the password of the API user configured in CTLive.
      • Bot - Nickname: Enter the nickname of the bot configured in CTLive.
      • Bot - VerifyToken: Enter the verify token of the bot configured in CTLive.
      • Bot - LogMessages: If set to true, the CTLive Service logs the exchange of messages between the bot and the customer. The default value is false.
   3. Configure the connection to the Altitude uCI Server.

      Tip Create a user who will only be used for the Altitude CTLive Service. For example, ctlive.

      • Address: Enter the IP address or hostname, and port, of the Altitude uCI Server, in the format host:port.
      • SecureAccess: Whether the connection to the Altitude uCI Server is secure. The default value is false.
      • User: Enter the username of the user to connect to the Altitude uCI Server.
      • Password: Enter the password of the user to connect to the Altitude uCI Server.
   4. Save and close the file.
   5. Restart the Windows service of the Altitude CTLive Service.
2. Configure the URI to the CTLive Service in the Integration Server configuration file.
   1. Locate the configuration file Web.config. The default location is C:\Program Files\Altitude\Altitude uCI 8\Altitude Integration Server\Web.
   2. Define the key CTLiveServiceURI as the URI to the Altitude CTLive Service. For HTTPS, enter the FQDN of the machine where the Integration Server is installed, followed by the directory defined in the HTTPS proxy. For example, https://ccserver.mycompany.com/ctLiveService.

   3. Save and close the file.
3. Configure Agent Lite.
   1. Locate the configuration file of Agent Lite, config.js. The default location is C:\Program Files\Altitude\Altitude uCI 8\Altitude Integration Server\Mobile.
   2. Configure the parameter ctLiveServiceUri as the URI to the Altitude CTLive Service. For HTTPS, enter the FQDN of the machine where the Integration Server is installed, followed by the directory defined in the HTTPS proxy. For example, https://ccserver.mycompany.com/ctLiveService.

   3. Save and close the file.
4. Configure Interaction History.
   1. Locate the configuration file of Interaction History, config.js.
   2. Add the parameter CTLIVE_SERVICE_BASEURI as the HTTPS URL to the Altitude CTLive Service.
