Social media architecture

Architecture components for the social media integration.

An Altitude installation with social media has the following components:

1. Customers generate interactions with the contact center through social media messages.
2. Human agent computers run Agent Portal.
3. Supervisor computers run a supported web browser to access the Management Portal. Supervisors can monitor and configure the Management Portal to integrate Altitude with social media.
4. One or more core servers run the Altitude email gateways, track agents and interactions, and monitor the actions of social media messages.
5. Automated agents run in an Automated Agents subsystem.
