Altitude vBox devices

Types of devices in Altitude vBox.

The Altitude telephony gateway uses the following devices on an Altitude vBox:

• uAgent built-in extensions: Used to make outbound calls and to receive inbound calls. The Agent Portal has a built-in softphone with improved integration with the Agent Portal and Altitude vBox.
• Agent SIP extensions: Used to make outbound calls and to receive inbound calls.
• Queued routing points: Used to queue calls for distribution to agents.
• IP IVR hunt group: Used to route calls to the Communication Server for IVR service.
• Predictive dialing device: Built-in device used to place predictive calls.
