How to configure Khomp components

Guidelines on steps needed to configure Khomp components in the different scenarios with Altitude.

The Khomp configurations should be done by a Khomp technician.

Important

If you are upgrading Khomp Flow to version flow_1.0.5.19B_db11_f7d77c0.20250109-1921, you must properly initialize the Khomp Flow trace system, or you may encounter unexpected issues (such as predictive calls classified by Khomp reaching agents without audio). To initialize the trace system:

  1. Open Khomp Flow.
  2. In Configuration > System > Insight:
    1. Enable Call Trace.
    2. Apply the changes.
    3. If you do not want tracing enabled, disable Call Trace and apply the changes again.
