Admin tab

This document focuses on specific Administrator-only actions and options. Administrators also have the same access level to reports as Viewers (with a few additional options specifically described in this guide); for further information on how Administrators can interact with the Reports tab, refer to the Reporting Viewer Guide. Similarly, Administrators have limited access to the Data tab. The actions they have access to in the Data tab are described in this Guide. For more detail on roles and access, see User Roles.

Clicking the Admin tab at the top of your Reporting window opens the Administrator screen.

In the left-hand side of the screen is the Admin pane. It shows various available settings and refers to user and system management. The options are divided into these groups:

  • User management
  • Settings related to individual users
  • Settings related to user groups
  • Single Sing On settings
  • System settings
  • License-related options
  • Tenant-related options
  • Look and feel
