How to configure interception announcement in ACC Dialer

Configure interception announcement behavior in ACC Dialer.

1. See how to configure Khomp Flow SIP codes and interception announcements in How to configure Khomp Flow.
2. Create a YAML file in a text editor.
3. Map the SIP codes to an Altitude call outcome. Write a file similar to the following:

   apiVersion: 1

   kind: SipCode

   spec:

       sipCode: <sip_code>

       classificationResult: <call_classification>

   Replace <sip_code> with the SIP code you want to map, and <call_classification> with the Altitude call outcome. For example, if you want to map the SIP code 610 with Busy, write the following file:

   apiVersion: 1

   kind: SipCode

   spec:

       sipCode: 610

       classificationResult: Busy

   The classification results you can map to are:
   • Busy
   • InvalidNumber
   • NoAnswer
   • Fax
   • Custom1
   • Custom2
   • Custom3
   • Custom4
   • Custom5
4. Copy the YAML file to the machine where ACC Dialer is installed.
5. Reload ACC Dialer with the new YAML file. Execute the following command:

   ./scripts/acc-dialer-config.sh apply -f <yaml_file>

   where <yaml_file> is the path to the YAML configuration file.
