Social media components

The integration of social media with Altitude includes a set of components and network connections.

The components of the integration of social media with Altitude are the following:

• Email gateway: Windows process included with the Altitude uCI Server. The email gateway uses the Facebook protocol, connects to Facebook, and converts Facebook actions into messages embedded in Altitude emails.
• Automated Agents: Windows service that runs IVR scripts, routing scripts, and automated workflow tasks.
•  Agent Portal: Application that runs campaign scripts and helps agents handle interactions.
