Caller Name

This block set the caller's name.

Caller Name	String	The name of the caller. This is displayed to the agent when the call is answered. For a phone call, this can be populated by a database lookup, or from the Caller ID, if available.

Outbound dialing campaigns only. If this string is set to $callData.CampaignName$, then the name of the campaign appears is in the Caller Name field in the agent applications.
