Contact Center as a Service
Designer Help - Tenant
CCaaS Designer is a stand-alone application that allows you to write scripts to manage call-flows, using a graphical interface to create the paths that a call can take through your call center. CCaaS Designer loads workspace and script data from a database and allows you to publish this as XML files to locations configured on a per-tenant basis.
This Help is for script designers who write scripts
to manage incoming call flows to their contact center and to manage the
events that occur in outbound dialing campaigns.
