PullInfo object

The PullInfo object applies to email and voicemail and includes the following properties.

Type of the pull action. Possible values are:

  • 1 — pull from Deferred folder
  • 2 — pull Not-Yet-Queued from ACD folder
  • 3 — pull Queued from ACD folder
  • 4 — pull from Rejected folder
  • 5 — pull from Archived folder
  • 6 — pull from Sent-Items folder
  • 7 — pull from Outbox folder
  • 8 — pull from Drafts folder

IsRestoredFromArchiveMSR

Read

Flag indicating if the pulled item was restored from the Archive MSR

PulledByAgentID

Read

Agent ID of agent that performed the pull action.

PulledByGroupID

Read

Group ID of agent that performed the pull action.
