When the offered call is within the working hours of the contact center, the call follows this placeholder to play a greeting message to the caller.

It is designed for you to customize actions without changing the other placeholders that came with your tenant. Use this placeholder to define actions for the flow, and then associate the flow with its respective events and menus.
